Primatologist Jane Goodall Revealed Desire to Send Elon Musk and Donald Trump on Non-Return Cosmic Voyage

After devoting her life observing chimpanzee actions, Jane Goodall became an authority on the aggressive tendencies of dominant males. In a newly published interview filmed shortly before her demise, the renowned primatologist revealed her unconventional solution for dealing with particular figures she viewed as exhibiting similar characteristics: launching them on a non-return journey into space.

Final Documentary Reveals Honest Views

This remarkable insight into Goodall's philosophy emerges from the Netflix production "Famous Last Words", which was captured in March and preserved secret until after her latest passing at nine decades of life.

"I've encountered persons I dislike, and I wish to send them on a spacecraft and launch them to the celestial body he's convinced he'll locate," remarked Goodall during her conversation with Brad Falchuk.

Named Figures Targeted

When asked whether the tech billionaire, recognized for his controversial gestures and political alliances, would be part of this group, Goodall answered affirmatively.

"Yes, definitely. He could serve as the leader. You can imagine whom I would include on that spacecraft. Along with Musk would be Donald Trump and some of Trump's dedicated followers," she announced.

"Additionally I would put the Russian president on board, and I would place Xi Jinping. I would definitely include Israel's prime minister in there and his far-right government. Put them all on that spacecraft and dispatch them."

Past Observations

This was not the first time that Goodall, an advocate of conservation efforts, had voiced concerns about the political figure in particular.

In a 2022 interview, she had observed that he showed "similar type of behavior as an alpha chimp exhibits when vying for dominance with an opponent. They're upright, they parade, they project themselves as much larger and aggressive than they may actually be in order to frighten their competitors."

Leadership Styles

During her posthumous documentary, Goodall elaborated on her analysis of leadership types.

"We see, interestingly, two categories of dominant individual. One type succeeds all by aggression, and due to their strength and they combat, they don't last very long. The second type succeeds by utilizing strategy, like a young male will just confront a more dominant one if his companion, frequently a sibling, is supporting him. And as we've seen, they endure significantly longer," she clarified.

Group Dynamics

The renowned scientist also studied the "politicization" of behavior, and what her extensive studies had revealed to her about hostile actions exhibited by people and chimpanzees when faced with something they perceived as hostile, even if no threat really was present.

"Chimps observe an unfamiliar individual from a neighboring community, and they grow very stimulated, and their fur bristles, and they stretch and touch another, and they display visages of anger and fear, and it transmits, and the rest adopt that emotion that one member has had, and everyone turns hostile," she detailed.

"It's contagious," she added. "Certain displays that become hostile, it sweeps through them. Everyone desires to participate and engage and become aggressive. They're protecting their territory or fighting for control."

Comparable Human Reactions

When asked if she believed the same patterns occurred in human beings, Goodall responded: "Probably, on occasion. But I strongly feel that the bulk of humanity are ethical."

"My biggest hope is raising the upcoming generation of compassionate citizens, roots and shoots. But is there sufficient time? It's unclear. We face challenging circumstances."

Historical Context

Goodall, born in London prior to the start of the the global conflict, compared the struggle against the difficulties of contemporary politics to Britain standing up German forces, and the "spirit of obstinance" shown by Winston Churchill.

"However, this isn't to say you avoid having periods of sadness, but eventually you emerge and declare, 'Well, I'm not going to allow their success'," she stated.

"It's like the leader throughout the battle, his renowned address, we will oppose them along the shores, we'll fight them through the avenues and the cities, then he turned aside to a companion and allegedly commented, 'and we'll fight them with the remnants of broken bottles as that's the only thing we truly have'."

Final Message

In her final address, Goodall shared words of encouragement for those combating authoritarian control and the climate emergency.

"Even today, when Earth is dark, there continues to be hope. Preserve faith. Should optimism fade, you become unresponsive and remain inactive," she advised.

"Should you want to preserve the remaining beauty across the globe – when you wish to protect our world for coming generations, future family, their offspring – then consider the actions you make daily. As, expanded countless, innumerable instances, even small actions will make for significant transformation."
